The ClearOne Converge Pro 800 series consists of the following components:

  • Converge Pro 880
  • Converge Pro 880T
  • Converge Pro 880TA
  • Converge Pro 840T
  • Converge Pro 8i

  • Converge Pro VH20

All the components are available in 1U and 2U 19” rack mount chassis. These units can be inter-linked together to serve meeting rooms of any size with robust audio conferencing and sound reinforcement applications.

The unique features of each components of ClearOne Converge Pro 800 series are as follows:

  • ClearOne Converge Pro 880:
    • 8 microphone inputs with phantom power supply. These inputs can be configured as line inputs without phantom power supply.
    • 4 line inputs
    • 12 line outputs.
  • The ClearOne Converge Pro 880 is available in 1U 19” rack mount chassis and equipped with:

  • ClearOne Converge Pro 880T:
  • The ClearOne Converge Pro 880T is available in 1U 19” rack mount chassis, it combines the rich functionality of the Converge Pro 880 with a built-in telephone interface and 2-channel 10W amplifier for standalone conferencing applications.

  • ClearOne Converge Pro 880TA:
  • The ClearOne Converge Pro 880TA is available in 2U 19” rack mount chassis. It is a ClearOne Converge Pro 880T with built-in 4-channel 8 ohm power amplifier, 35W per channel.

  • ClearOne Converge Pro 840T:
    • 4 microphone inputs with phantom power supply. These inputs can be configured as line inputs without phantom power supply.
    • 4 line inputs
    • 8 line outputs
    • a built-in telephone interface
    • 2-channel 10W power amplifier.
  • The ClearOne Converge Pro 840T is the scale down version of the Converge 880T. It is equipped with:

  • ClearOne Converge Pro 8i:
    • 8 microphone inputs with phantom power supply. These inputs can be configured as line inputs without phantom power supply.
    • 4 line inputs.
  • The ClearOne Converge Pro 8i is an input expansion box for the Converge Pro 800 series platform. It can be used with any Converge Pro 800 in the event if more than 8 inputs are required.

    The ClearOne Converge Pro 8i delivers new economical configuration flexibility and can be added to 880, 880T, 880TA and 840T systems for additional microphones and line inputs, allowing customers to match the number of inputs and outputs required for audio conferencing and sound reinforcement installations.

    For example, instead of having multiple units of Converge Pro 880 or 880T to cater for the quantity of audio input sources, multiple units of Converge Pro 8i can be used together with just 1 unit of Converge Pro 880 or 880T.

    The Converge Pro 8i does not have any outputs.

  • ClearOne Converge Pro TH20:
  • The ClearOne Converge Pro TH20 is the telephone interface for Converge Pro 880 and 8i. Each Converge Pro TH20 supports 1 telephone line connection. Up to 16 units can be linked together for greatly expanded conference calls capability. The Converge Pro TH20 also has 2 line inputs and outputs for integration with other audio systems.

  • ClearOne Converge Pro VH20:
  • The ClearOne Converge Pro VH20 is the SIP interface for VoIP application. It can be used together with any Converge Pro 800 series platform.

Once configured properly, the ClearOne Converge Pro 800 series will continue to operate automatically whenever it is switched on. The system can be controlled via an external 3rd party control system e.g. AMX, crestron etc. via RS232 port.

Desktop boundary microphones, amplifier and loudspeakers may be required and are sold separately.
