VidyoOne is a cost effective 1U all-in-one appliance with the VidyoPortal and VidyoRouter components, and 10 VidyoLine licenses/ports for web conferencing deployment.

It is able to support up to 10 PCs, Mac computers, Android devices and iPhone/iPad (future) for video conferencing. These 10 endpoints can be in 1 single meeting or multiple concurrent meetings. The VidyoOne can be further expanded to support another 10 endpoints via optional license activation whenever required.

Just connect VidyoOne to your network and everyone in your organization can communicate more effectively from anywhere with an Internet connection.

For PCs and Mac computers users, a free Vidyo client software will be pushed to these users from the VidyoOne when they connect to the VidyoOne for the 1st time. After that, these users will use web browser, USB webcam (full HD type recommended e.g. Logitech C910 etc.) and USB PC microphone & loudspeaker with echo cancellation (e.g. ClearOne Chat50 etc.) to join the video conference.

For Android devices and iPhone/iPad (future) users, they will need to download and install a free Vidyo client before joining a VidyoConferencing meeting.

If a VidyoConferencing meeting needs to be conducted from a meeting room with many participants, the VidyoRoom endpoint can be used instead of PC with webcam. The VidyoRoom endpoint consists of a full HD pan-tilt-zoom camera, a desktop boundary microphone & loudspeaker with echo cancellation, a Vidyo codec appliance with HDMI outputs for connection to full HD LCD TVs or plasma, and a handheld remote control unit for all system operations.

Using H.264 Scalable Video Coding (SVC) technology, VidyoOne is able to provide each endpoint with rate matched video streams based upon that endpoint´s available bandwidth, processing power, and resolution capability. The result is robust, seamless, connectivity among conference participants with individualized screen layouts, over low–cost general purpose IP networks – including the Internet.
