Consider the ClearOne sound reinforcement solution.

The solution will have the following benefits:

The sound reinforcement solution usually consists of:

  • ClearOne Converge Pro 880, 880T or 880TA

    • 8-channel input and output automatic microphone mixer and digital audio processor with echo cancellation. Converge 880T is equipped with built-in telephone interface. Converge 880TA is equipped with built-in telephone interface and 4-channel power amplifier.

  • ClearOne Converge Pro 8i

    • 8-channel input expansion unit for ClearOne Converge Pro 880 to have additional 8 inputs. Multiple units of ClearOne Converge Pro 8i can be used depending on the quantity of microphones.

  • Desktop boundary microphones
    The following microphones are recommended:
    1. Audio-Technica U891R desktop boundary microphone with ON/OFF button
    2. Audio-Technica ES947 desktop boundary microphone
  • Amplifier
    The following amplifier are recommended:
    1. Built-in power amplifier of ClearOne Converge 880TA
    2. Kodio multi-channel power amplifier
    3. Electro-Voice multi-channel power amplifier.
  • Loudspeakers
    The following loudspeakers are recommended:
    1. Electro-Voice C4.2 ceiling mount 2-way loudspeakers
    2. Kodio ceiling mount 2-way loudspeakers
    3. Bose 161 surround sound wall mount loudspeaker

The Clearone Converge Pro 800 series can be operated via a handheld ClearOne remote control unit. Alternatively, user may control the system using an optional external 3rd party control system e.g. AMX, Crestron etc.
