The solution consists of Evoko Meeting Manager from Sweden.

The Evoko Room Manager is a new system for booking meeting rooms. It displays the booking status clearly on touch-sensitive screens outside the meeting rooms.

The Evoko Room Manager will work with a Microsoft Exchange server in the back ground. No other software is required. Installing the Evoko Room Manager is as simple as adding the meeting room as a user at the Microsoft Exchange Server, and this does not require any changes to IT security.

Users will book their meetings the same way which they have always been doing in Microsoft Outlook. Once done, the Evoko Room Manager will display the real time room status on the screen. In addition to the information shown on the display, the red or green background illumination of the screen will give you an idea about whether the meeting room is free or occupied from a distance.

The Evoko Room Manager also makes it possible to check the booking status directly on the touch-sensitive screen.

With the Evoko Room Manager, there will be no more double-booking, interrupted meetings or wasted slots.

It allows users throughout the organization to schedule rooms and resources from Microsoft Outlook and the Evoko touch panels outside the meeting rooms.
